Possibly in next game all empty regions will be filled with bots. These computer controlled players will grow their armies and attack against human players. They can also be attacked by same way as human enemies and their regions can be conquered. New human players can normally choose their side and nation and bot region is simply removed when new human players enters the game.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

Lets just see how well players can manage against bots
