I doubt every suggestion needs it's own topic, so I made one for all those small suggestions, or questions one might have.
For example, I know you've already thought of implenting magic (not because I've talked to you about it, but because it's just obvious), and I'd like to ask how it would be implemented?
And can mages/wizards/sissies-who-use-magic-and-not-steel be recruited into your armies? And if so, are they just like the other troops, with points to attribute their attacking and defensive skills? Or would you be able to assign them spells?
Like for example, you could have a mage that specializes in healing spells and such, and it would cut loss of your troops by some margin. Or have a mage specialized in attacking spells and you'd do more damage and such.
Also, as a quick idea, you could have an option of sending your general with the army, that giving a little boost of moral and skill. Though that's only a little detail, not very important.
The other thing I was wondering about was buildings. There will be more of these, ofcourse. Castles and Fortresses to improve defence and Training Grounds to improve your soldiers skills.
These are a few ideas I thought of just now. I know a little bit about coding these kinds of things (datanomi jee) so I know it's not easy to do, but possible, with some planning.
Anyways, anyone is free to post their ideas here.
EDIT: Oh, and additional methods to gain gold would be nice. Mines, farms or such, perhaps.

Magic will come at some point and we have already planned something, but it is too early to say anything sure about it or when are the first spells seen.
We haven't added any hero or general because we thought it so that every army has its general and army skills are gained from that general. I.e. the general is always with its army.
There will be more buildings and at least two more will be added as soon as they are completely coded and tested. One of those buildings will be keep, which improves defence and other will be tax house that increases amount of gold gained.

Spying. Yes, spying. I think it would be quite an useful tool, though also it should be very expensive.. Right now everyone can see the amount of soldiers any other player has... not the exact amount, but a few hundred, or even a few thousand, doesn't really matter. The way I though it, spying would reveal which kind of troops the enemy has... Nothing too detailed, but for example: "The enemy has a frightening amount of Knights in his army, but little ranged units". That would mean that a large amount (20/30%~) of the enemy soldiers would be knights, and a small part would be ranged units (5/10%~) These informations could be more valuable than new soldiers, so the price should also be high. Maybe: 50000(0) g for Intelligence Organization (or something like that). It could take 2-4 turns for the results to come, and it would always cost you a few thousand gold... And ofcourse, this means there should also be counter intelligence. Maybe feed false information, or capture the spy. Another idea by Listomar the Conqueror.

Will there be other attack types later? Like ambush, a way to tax an approaching enemy army?
Edit: Oh yeah, another suggestion: aid system. Ability to transfer money to another player.

Spying could come at some point. We have some plans to it. There could be other attack types as well, but nothing sure for that yet. Aid system will not be added, because that surely causes "farming" and multiple accounts and other types of cheating.

Set some limitations. Everything must be paid back within 24/48 rounds or the morale of all your armies will suffer?

That might work. Maybe the moral penalties could apply if you take too many loans...

It would be pretty cool if the kingdom you have a region in would have different bonuses... Rich iron soil would cheapen the price of iron in the market, harsh living conditions could improve attack rating, but building would cost more money, and training would cost a bit more... Just a bit more variety to the game

Something like that should come at some point. We have planned that every nation would be different. As soon as all other planned features are added we will concentrate on adding variety.
